Dolphin Sketch 1

So I've been trying to get into drawing. This was my first try at it. This drawing was based off of this picture: [link] I'm not sure who took that picture. It was just a picture I found after searching for "dolphin" on Google. Anyways, all credit for that picture goes to that person, whomever you are.

Anyways, I used it for drawing practice. A good friend of mine had motivated me enough to actually try drawing, and she recommended dolphins. So I drew a dolphin. I was actually rather surprised with how it turned out, honestly.

The sketch took me around 2-3 hours I believe. Yes, I'm a bit slow. Oh well. It was made sometime during middle of May of this year. I had the picture of the dolphin on my computer screen while I had my sketchbook in my lap and referred to picture as I drew it.

This is really just practice art. I'm debating moving it to my scraps. I'll probably do that later. But it'll be in my main gallery for now until I decide to move it.
